Who will be the Ragin' Cajuns' quarterback in 2017?
Jordan Davis, Dion Ray are contenders for starting job, but they may face competition.

Davis/Ray. I see another 2 QB system coming.

I concur.
If EITHER of the backups were capable, we would have seen them on the field running series of plays, not spot run or gimmick plays. Not faulting the players, they were offered spots on the team. Fault lies with who evaluated and offered.

A new dual threat QB...Nalen Jixon.

Not impressed with the JUCO QB prospect in the article after watching his highlights on HUDL.
1. Long delivery
2. His balls float or they have no "zip"
3. If he doesn't work out we have wasted two years of J. Davis development and at least one on Ray and Arceneaux.
If Davis is not the answer, I would be willing to take fight it out with Arceneaux. Ray is a RB playing QB, works in high school, but not college. If anyone disagrees ask, Why did HUD not let him throw a pass all year?

Most running backs can throw that pass that's why he ran the same route that is often ran on a half back pass.
