Yes, softball, football and basketball. And RCAF member....Does that satisfy? Thou I must admit I don't attend to many softball games if there is a conflict with baseball....
Re: Construction Cam is Up!!!!!!!!
Does anyone know if an 'official' capacity amount was ever issued? On the architects website they say it is 6K....don't know if that includes the suites, SRO, etc.

Tickets sold is what we report. The official seating was 3750 last year and we averaged 4000.

I understand that, but you don't see a SRO capacity anywhere in documentation. When we averaged the 4000 there wasn't close to 4000 for most of those games. That's why we report tickets sold and not actual attendance.

I would guess stadium capacity would be determined by the Fire Marshall but I've never actually seen this listed on any of the stadium info I've looked into over the years.

Because you know, @22K per suite, and a capacity of 10, that's 2,200 pp.....pretty steep, but still kinda doable.
Your information is incomplete on the suites. There is an up front cost to lease the suite. If memory serves me correctly it is somewhere around 150K for a ten year term. Then you have a yearly fee of close to 25K. That is somewhere in the ballpark of the true cost.

That is my understanding as well. Each donor put up over 100k for the 10 years up front then the yearly fees as well. And I believe you had to still purchase season tickets each year, but not 100% on that.

Maybe there was no need to advertise the suites for sale if some folks contacted the department and put up money up front, therefore leaving none left to sell.

Well, even though that definitely rules me out under the 'waaaay too rich for my blood' category, it actually makes me kind of happy to know that we generated and are generating that kind of revenue for the baseball team.
And to think that they sold out with out any advertising at all.
Very impressive indeed.

It wasn't without "advertising". Robe had meetings almost every single day. It is no different than marketing extremely high end real estate. It is sent out to select clientale that they know are qualified to not only make the initial payment but also are financially sound to keep it up over the next decade.

Yes but I was just curious. Not looking to ruffle feathers
Re: Construction Cam is Up!!!!!!!!
I wonder how much longer the camera will be up.
Re: Construction Cam is Up!!!!!!!!
There's still work happening in the area, though greatly reduced.

I dread when they take them down: not only has it been fun watching the stadium go up, it is also a great/easy way for me to see what the weather is like in my neighborhood, no matter where in the world I am.
