Re: UL-McNeese State game will be on TV in Lafayette
Zee, actually, our conclusions were different...Unless I'm misreading him, he's suggesting that having Butch and Buford work the game is a slap in the face to USL...
Again, the real slap in the face is to Buford who worked to make this ____ happen...
If I'm ready Zephyr incorrectly, I'll retract my post...or ask Turdbine to delete it...

The only slap in the face here is to Buford Jordan who helped lay the ground work, did promos and lent his name to getting this done.
Typical USL response. No gumption to actually come up with ideas and do the scut work necessary to be successful, simply show up late, _____ and whine loud enough and throw a fit until somebody throws you a bone...
No wonder every other fan base in the state, aside from Southern, laughs at the vainglorious overreach inherent to the "University of Louisiana" movement.
You guys have tried everything else, and I do mean EVERYTHING else, why don't you try laying a proper foundation, doing the actual work necessary to excel and then letting the chips fall where they may, instead of trying to shortcut and name change your way to relevance?
Pathetic...as usual.
How dare you agree with everything we have been saying.
Come up with something original.

Okay...but...remember....you asked!
Re: McNeese HC Lance Guidry's Weekly Press Conference.
And how many of the USL faithful came out to see a major draw like Boise State?
Shouldn't that have been a sell-out, with LSU out of the state??

Plus your administration cant threaten you on Facebook like they did on your other board.

So what you are saying is, a pi55 poor UL crowd of 22,000+ is still twice as large as a regular Cowpoke crowd of 11,000! But you are correct, UL should be drawing crowds larger than we saw last Saturday on a regular basis.
