Define almost sir? They were considered, like any other program that called to express interest. I've read no article outside of the Texas St media circle that stated with any clarity that they were in serious consideration.

I'm not saying anything about TX St being great.. I'm just saying that having their name thrown around in those talks is probably still fresh in ESPN's mind.

I hope to eat crow but I'm resigned to the fact that we'll likely end up in a bowl against Buffalo or something

If you are in a large market but only attract a very small fraction of that market, how does that move the needle for the Pac 12?
