Should UL get rid of Sodexo?

There were several food trucks at Cajun Field the couple games I went to last season.

Zeus and KOK had their trucks in the stadium and I think one more. Basically, each spot where a food truck could be parked, they had one. Others set up tents and tables if they didn't have a permanent spot.

How can we both be famous for our tailgating, i.e. cajun cooking, yet also in need of outside vendors?

Talyn’s Taste of Excellence was also a food truck.

G&G quaility catering and Peach Cobbler Factory also had trucks. They should definately try to incorporte some trucks at Russo Park but not sure where they could park them.

Because the Sodexho options are overpriced garbage that do not reflect our food culture

You know the answer.

Its because most of the cULture has been priced out of tailgating.

The experienced tailgaters could run their own "truck"

Interesting. No, i didnt think about that. So the high price of tailgating has actually resulted in tailgating without tailgating food? Yikes.

We cook, eat and drink before games so we don't have to pay stupid, high prices for bad food and beer. Beer isn't bad, it's just 1 beer is the same price as a six pack. This way, I have the whole game to "sober up" before getting driving home. LOL!
