I think tech guy makes 200K. Is it really lateral if you make 20-30% more. You could give me the same title at the same level company and if you gave me a 30% raise I would consider that an upgrade :-)

I have made lateral moves in my career for more money. I have also turned them down. It will be interesting to see what happens. They are a superior program to ours but an extra 80-100 grand can make a person take notice.

100K at that salary level is life changing. There program is superior at the moment, but not enough where coming here would hamper his upward mobility. It would be a no brainer in my opinion, if he's even offered.

They've hit their ceiling. We are not even close.

The biggest deal for me of all out of Coach Scott leaving is it shows everyone what kind of instinct Coach Napier has as far as who he wants on his staff.....

We have the same ceiling. They just got there faster. We will both be on the outside looking in when college football is revamped.
