What will your fans be wearing as far as colors go????--Will they more Black or more RED???? The Cajuns used to have nearly all the team that could speak French---Do most of your kids speak Spanish????
NO WAY---10K---I will have to see that --but if you are right we will shatter the all-time NO BOWL att record----At tops we will have 25K from the Lafayette tickets sold --you bring 10K and the Sponsored kids and NO area want to sees bring another 10K---45K is really impressive as I think the record is 30K!!!!!
Both- probably more black.
Our kids are primarily from Cali yet many are from Texas, NV and a couple of easterners. No our kids speak Mestican a Native Indigionous Mexican language- lol. Our kicker is from TJ- I have no idea how many speak Spanish probably as many as speak "Pig latin" or an Island language (we've got a few Samoans etc)....
Last year we played in our home stadium against Navy. Broke the Pointsettia Bowl attendance record at 50K+. We will see if we bring 10k- thats a guesstimate.. Short notice and not a cheap flight during Christmas...
We thought we were going to San Francisco- there easy 10k+ attending for certain. (7 hour drive)
So I just called the ticket office... they tell me they've processed 15,000 tickets, they have about 1,500 left and there is nothing I can do but wait for a call. Guy was pretty rude. I donate to RCAF, season ticket holder, ordered 18 tickets, WTF?
Yeah has Scott released a statement or email to the RCAF members to help smooth this over?
Got a call last night just went to pick them up section 347 in the end zone certainly not behind the team. Crappy tickets
PS The girl working the window really wanted to be there, yea right lol

Another 9-3
Well thanks for telling me that JL I feel better now, didn't look too promising when I looked at the seating chart
Any other organization or group that sells through Ticketmaster gets their "cut". Would somebody explain to me why this won't work for us. All you would have to do is set up a code when you by your ticket (say "Cajuns") and we get our cut of the ticket sales. It could be audited and the New Orleans bowl could get their "cut" too.
Any performer or any performance group is not in the business to physically sell tickets they hire a professional like Ticketmaster and give them a cut. It is obvious that the current athletic staff are not professional ticket sellers because 15,000 tickets for ticket master is a slow morning. To say that this can't be done a much better way is small time thinking.
I'm hearing all sorts of complaints. I didn't order mine previously because I wasn't sure what my schedule was, went by yesterday, was told I have absolutely no input over where my tickets would be. I put my name in, I take my chances.
I've heard horror stories of people who wanted $40 tickets, put their names in first, but who were stuck way out in the corner bottom... meanwhile, people who came later were given good $40 seats at the third level.
Fortunately, I got tickets through a contact. Good thing, too, because I was about to call SDSU. I hate to do that to UL, but if they want our money, they have to act like it.
Why didn't we call a school who has been to a bowl recently, and find out how they handled it, find out what mistakes they made?
This thing could have been handled better.
Who hacked ultoday's account!? Complaining about how UL handles things on raginpagin????
:)
They're probably ready. call the ticket office or email sbertrand@cajundome.com
No one called me so I decided to email them and got a response saying they were ready to pick up
