I listened to the Texas game. One difference from the Beard teams of the past was they shot the three ball early in the shot clock and in transition as well. I don’t know if that had anything to do with Beard being suspended and someone else in charge.
They shot early in the clock because our defense was never getting set. Everything they shot was wide open.Quote:

Perhaps Texas is good at shooting 3s
They are good but not great. Not even in the top 150 in percentage but their team percentage is mid 30's. However, when they get hot they get hot as evidenced by what you saw and their game against Gonzaga. Believe it or not, we are 9 in the country in team 3pt shooting percentage.Quote:
