Yes, she is the ace of the staff. But Finney is also capable. I would rather see Finney and attempt to make some hay there. Note that the times I have seen Finney pitch, she is illegal on many of her pitches. This could help if it is called.

But my guess is that we would see Jacobsen for a few innings at minimum. But a less sharp Jacobsen.

Ole Miss also has a #3 (Tillman) that can give them some good innings.

So our lineup is just slumping across the board. 6 runs in 3 games. Last couple weekends not much better.

We couldn't score against SBC pitchers the last half of the year. Pitchers that had 3.5 era's we had to be aggressive on base paths to win. Our bats have stunk for a month

That’s what Glasco was hoping when he pulled Summer which oh by the way ended up being a good decision. Ole miss had one good inning. Our bats just are not there. Hoping for a pitching duel.

Small ball may be the order of the day, game 2, run,run,run...put maximum pressure on the pitcher and defense.
