Honestly it looked like Cantrelle pulled up when he realized he was dead to rights, then sped up once it was booted. I may be wrong but if not he needs to run hard start to finish in that situation. Plus, I never understood the diving to 1st when in a race.

I did see some encouraging things. We are still a huge work in progress with monsters coming up on our schedule. It's probably going to get worse before it gets better. But it will get better.

Well after watching this series, this club has a very very long weekend ahead of them in Houston next weekend. We looked very passive in my opinion. A lot of soft swings and terrible approach at the plate. You can’t blame umpiring when u play soft

Color me concerned. We are 2 and 5. The hole getting deeper. I agree the ref's played a factor but our bad play across board and lack of coaching and base running and hitting is becoming more evident by the day. Its official, we in trouble if we don't go on a streak and change the narrative real quick.

They've got a task coming up against Nichols too. Saw a little of one of their games against Stoney Brook. Were down 0-5 and came back to win going away.
