Your best post ever. I agree with 98% of it (since we like numbers in this convo).
I speak with conviction, and most of the time, I do it because I'm giving an honest opinion with no ulterior motives. 50% hit rate is actually very unfair to me though. I've gotten plenty right; people just hate to give credit where it's due when they don't like the source. Much is made about my "misses" but no one ever sticks around to give kudos. And that's fine, that's how people are.

Is there more value in "getting it right" or advancing discussions, getting people involved and pushing the conversations that eventually get attention to the Brand? I guess that's for you guys to decide, but it has taken this long for people to start getting it. Being right is very far down the list on things I care about on this site. (Big reason why the morons that question my "track record" and make tired jokes like '100%' or 'rock solid' mean nothing at all to me). I like stoking the discussion and keeping athletics at the top of mind. So many great things have started on this board and have been parlayed into action.

Dan Mullen was OC at Florida for 2 national championships, sec coach of the year and got passed over twice while at MSU and took h almost a decade to get the Florida job and Florida missing on their 2 previous hires.

Is MSU was such a great job/opportunity why did he get passed over by a school twice that he helped win 2 national titles at? And took 3 years after he won sec coach of the year to get another job?

Perhaps Bayless is not an expert at scrotum cleansing like the little man.
