Baker was promoted to defensive coordinator for the 2015 season after Manny Diaz left to go to Mississippi State.
Baker was a recent follow on twitter by Napier. Another was Brandon Staley who is the OLB coach for the bears. Was a DC at FCS level before the bears job.
