I don't think that any additional student fees have been adopted by the students since 2013 (maybe the facility fee?), but from what I'm reading fees are capped at a maximum, so I dont' think they can't be arbitrarily increased, without going back to the students.
Current tuition and fee schedule.

Guess what Boom, you and I agree on this. Woo hoo. This is something I've considered doing when I reach that point in my life. Not there yet.

Wouldn't this one be for intermurals??

That would be correct. But would not recreational sports/activities include bowling, and other sports? What would that have to do with sanctioned NCAA sports? Recreational Sports/Activities would seem not to apply NCAA sanctioned sports, but there are a lot of services covered.
Re: Branding, Media and the Alden Report
I think for T-Joe to have an outside group look at how UL does things is a breath of fresh air. You need something tangible to change the "we have always done it this way" attitude. UL has a history of promoting from within. Now T-Joe has that ammunition to institute changes. I will wait and see if there are, in fact, any changes.

I know this. I have been both the administrator who did it wrong and the consultant who advised a better way.
The companies I've worked for have had consultants since 1978.
The optimist in me says they wouldn't have done this if they weren't somewhat serious about getting it right.
The difficult part will be finding a way to open the purse strings to make the investment necessary.
This report shows me our administrators care.

Ask them to work for free until you can create an opportunity to pay them. Wouldn't you do anything you can to help UL boom?
Re: Alden Report Released by University of Louisiana Athletics
What kind of people would agree to this? Not qualified people.

LSU charges their students for tickets since they, like us, do not have a student athletic fee. One thing to keep in mind on that though is whether or not there would be a plunge in attendance.

This may have been answered already, I'm pages behind, but I always was under the impression that it was one of the Union and/or UPC fees. Basically, UPC is paying your ticket into games.

If attendance plunges, revenue would still go up, because every student that does come pays for a ticket.
