That is the only time we’ve ever worn those specific helmets. He’s talking about the script Cajuns itself. We wore them twice in 2017 when we lost to a&m and beat New Mexico State. We wore them twice last year losing to south Alabama and southern miss. We wore them Saturday and lost. So 1-3 in the red script helmets. 0-1 in the white script helmets. 1-4 overall with the Cajuns script.

Having scored all 20 in 2nd qtr. Georgia State couldn't score one point in the other 3 combined. The red Cajuns script on the white lid ain't having a negative impact. lol

On another note, the Vermilion has been changed big time. I've never heard a word about this but you can clearly see in image above. That is not typical Cajuns red. It's almost Alabama color. Not complaining one bit, looks damn good.Matter of fact, this may be the old USL Vermilion from the 70's.
Tell me what yall think of this one

. . . if we are going to adopt the L, it should be in the shape or silhouette of the State of Louisiana . . . that way when you see it, it SCREAMS LOUISIANA . . .
Yeah, that is more like Augie Tammariello's effort to change the school colors.
Shadow and light can change the hue though.
True Vermilion is "aBlaze" per the very first newspaper article about Louisiana's first football game in 1901.
Boiled Crawfish are the right color.
The L needs more flare.
A Louisiana silhouette would work.
