Must not have…lol. I watched their games too. Not every pitch of course but only saw one error.

Next year, Marshall will have to play three teams out of their division. If those three teams are among these four, the Cajuns, South Al, Troy and Texas state, they will have a difficult time going .500 in the SBC.

Thought she did a really good job framing the ball, but your point is taken.

I think the points are legit but I'm not a big fan of bashing the opponent you just beat. It diminishes your, accomplishement.

I am not saying it isn't true, I am saying it ignores that your team might have been the reason they looked bad.

It was all Sam. She was on fire. Marshall had not seen a pitcher like her all year long. They did face Alabama, but Alabama threw their fourth pitcher, some player named Lauren Esner. Marshall's futility at the plate had a lot to do with the fact that they played the number 260 ranked out of conference schedule in the nation. So, against those teams they were pretty much hitting against high school pitchers. Sam is not a high school pitcher.

It was also to the number nine hole hitter who's batting average was .130. Just stuck her bat out. No other Marshall player put the bat on the ball with effect.

Good points, it serves little purpose. Plus, we were no juggernaut at the plate today with one run and only 4 hits against a good pitcher who had thrown all those innings. We will have to hit the ball much better next week.
