Yep on no more than 25K seats, really nice, with overflow capacity on the grass (ONLY when needed). Create demand.

Spend money on the press box/suites/office complex. All we need for the rest is plenty of covered areas, drink and food stations, restrooms and 25k COMFORTABLE seats.
1 other thing, don’t try and make that stupid tailgating in the stadium thing. It’s a waste of space.
Tailgating outside the stadium is our tradition. Russo Park takes away from that.
