I was not there however first hand info I got was that it was really bad. Additional medical personnel were needed. Bathrooms lined with people on the walls trying to cool down. RCAF tent had people seeking refuge.

No excuse for Sodexo and the water. The University should demand a change in management at a minimum. Obviously they are clueless how to handle an event like this.
