Re: Christophel, Pry, Crist, and Sims let go by Bustle
We get Darrell Dickey, Jack Bicknell, and Chris Scelfo as asst.. With Rickey Bustle as Head Coach.
Talking realistically I think they need that guy from Northside High School to come in and coach some of these players. He turned that Football team around, and I am sure Northside High is probally not the easiest place to coach.

I simply copied and pasted a list of coaches available. Think big and you never know. Idaho got a named coach! I would rather get someone young and trying to make a name for himself. A clone of Sean Peyton would do. :D

Huh???????
Re: Christophel, Pry, Crist, and Sims let go by Bustle
It might not be a bad idea that Bustle pull a double shift HC and OC, and invest the money in a heavyweight DC for the next year. Then, take the time to select an upstart protege OC that fits the mold Bustle is looking for. Saban, a defensive guru got Jimbo Fisher, a strong OC... and then picked Will Muschamp (Jimbo's suggestion) as DC to learn and enforce the style Saban wanted on defense. That worked pretty well.
It seems like Bustle would want an OC that has the energy and drive to succeed, but wants to learn from Bustle's years of experience.
I have no idea how these coaching searches go. With the exception of the DC, we are slated for young, eager candidates, with limited, but eye-catching experience. The carrot for these guys is... "if you come to UL and win, the budget will go up, your salary will go up, and your stock will go up". UL is still in one of the largest untapped markets in the US. This area is loyal to its own, but wants to affiliate with a winner. If UL puts a high-end product in Cajun Field, it's gonna get scary.
