Baldwin appeals (which delays everything until resolved)
2014 (Feb): Appeals court overturns Hernandez specifically on the breach of contract claim
2014 (Oct): Louisiana Supreme Court overturns appeals court on the breach of contract claim
2016: Second trial, as ordered back in 2009, proceeds on the only remaining claim, for racial discrimination
So bacically "dismisses discrimination > Overturned > $2 mil verdict for everything > Overturned & New Trial ordered > Only discrimination claim allowed > Overturns breach of contract dismissal > Overturns the overturn > Discrimination only claim allowed."
