G3 Final: Louisiana 21, Rice 33

I see three things wrong with this team. 1. A two QB system does not work. Team plays better with Big Ben. 2. OL has to get better. It will get better with Big Ben running the show. 3. Coaching. We need better playing calling and team being prepared.

Time to start conference pay and be mad about it.

I wouldn't throw the staff and team under the bus like you did there.

From where I could see, neither the players nor the coaches wanted a football game last night.

Play and coach like they did last night, and we’ll be chalking up an L in Monroe. And that is not an exaggeration.

First half, defense came up with two INTs inside Rice territory (not counting the Pick 6), and we come away with 0 points.

If we don’t make a bowl this year I will be part of that statistic of not renewing season tickets. I’d rather buy season tickets for a winning sport. Hello softball.

If we want to throw the ball, we will need to go back to the old way of playing football. Put 2 backs in the backfield and keep a TE in to pass block. Thats the only way our QB’s will have a chance to throw the ball with a clean pocket. We just dont have the OL to do what we want to do right now. We have gotten beat up front 3 weeks in a row.

Definitely not a good showing last night. No way to spin it.

However, I can’t stand when people say coaches and players didn’t “want it.”

You think these guys bust there _____ day in and day out to just not care?

Also, I guess you guys are spectacular every time you do things. I’m sure you all are scratch golfers and NEVER have a bad round. Throwing darts every round!

I was sitting right behind our bench last night. Those players were just there. The only two players trying to fire up the team was sonny hazard and ziyon
