I am not sure what to say about this posts or your others but I'm getting a kick out of reading them on this fine hangover morning.

You didn't say he would be a better QB which most Tiger fans missed. Hope your family situations have turned out well and we both look forward to an exciting 2019 season.
I once told Hap that "Brian Mitchell is like a very fine wine. Compared to Mitchell, Tommy Hodson is just a warm draft beer." LSWHO fans went crazy! Those were the early days of talk radio. "Mike from Gueydan" and "Mike from Kenner" made many evenings miserable for LSWHO fans and enjoyable for old Hap Glaudi. Seems like yesterday, my friend!

My observation... we experienced Tulane’s recruiting dominance over us tonight. This will be the first year in a while where we will land a more talented class. You cannot beat good teams with the deficiencies we have. Honestly I think this is one of the least talented defenses we have ever had. What Coach Robert’s and staff did is nothing short of amazing.
Going into next year we will have an OL, WR and RB lineup that all G5 teams would envy. If we can find a QB and a couple of defensive pieces we can have a special season next year.
I never post during games due to focusing on the contest. Also, it is too easy to have an over reaction, negative or positive, after one play when you do that. I understand your enjoyment is reading those "emotional" posts once the game is done. I am sure those of yesterday were people venting frustrating which is one of the main benefits of this board. Tulane did expose our weaknesses. Not enough speed at LB and not enough of a consistent passing threat to balance our running game have been issues all year. Not a surprise they were yesterday. CajunT said he expects us to sign a transfer QB this week. Getting a quality player with experience at that position may be critical to 2019 success.

Yep, here we are. Older but not necessarily wiser.

Ha, when you said Mitchell was better than Hodson Hap nearly swallowed his false teeth. That was the single best call in talk sports history.
And you’re right, immediately after that the Purple Pisz lovers started calling over the heresy they’d just heard on that 50K watt radio cannon. Those were the golden years of talk radio.

LOL!!! Coaching Pee Wee & Little League kids does not really make you a legitimate "Coach". That just makes you a good dad!
