Safe to say that the gauntlet is over. Finished with 3 wins over the “p5.” Top 25 Baylor and #1 Oklahoma. Cal is 15-1 now with some nice wins. They are in the top 25 now.
Losses to Stanford x2, Texas x2, Moo State x2, and Cal who are all in the Top 25.
Miami OH is pretty good. Not sold on Liberty.
I know it doesn’t feel like it, but we’ve actually got comparable or better wins altogether vs. the Top 25 this year already. Our best regular season win in 23’ was vs. TSAB. Also got 1 off of Florida who weren’t that great, although a top 25 team. Central Florida was another, but they dropped out of the top 25 soon after. We went 1-5 in Clearwater. Got beat by Texas twice. Lost to Baylor and TAMU.
Let’s hope this highly publicized win gets them going.
