Cajuns vs UNO

I witnessed all 9 innings of that crap. This team doesnt look like a team. Just some me guys. Only fight I saw out of us all night was kasuls barking at uno’s dugout after he got plunked.

Question that no one has brought up to my knowledge this season. Who is our infield coach/outfield coach? Answer........We don’t have one (or two). We have two former catchers coaches in Talbot and Wells, a pitching coach in Freeman. Who in the hell coacnes defense? NO ONE guys. And you wonder why the fielding percentage in laughable? And this is just part of a huge problem that we have. This whole thing is fixin to get real and many of the faithful are gonna go into shock once the hammer drops. We want to be big time, tnere’s a price to pay first.

He’s right. We are the standard in the sun belt. We made the college World Series nearly 20 years ago. We were number 1 in 2014. We are everyone’s super bowl, umm I mean World Series. We need our best pitching for our weekend series.

It’s a sad day in the program when you have to sacrifice midweek games, which impact regional hosting and at large bids, in hopes of winning on the weekend.

And it becomes a really sad day when you employ that strategy and still drop 2 out of 3 on the weekends. ☹️☹️☹️

There’s some little things that I noticed last night too. Windham was sure to do his little shimmy at first after his single still down 7. Then turned around and laid on the turf for 10 seconds after diving for the ground ball in the 9th. It’s not just windham. That is just the most recent example of the complete lack of maturity on this team. I can’t help but think about how every postgame interview and press conference is a series of well thought out reasons why we aren’t producing backed with stats. It’s a defeatist attitude. Defy odds. Prove stats wrong. If you believe all the stats, once you get behind, you usually lose. Why play the rest of the game?
