You have to give a lot of credit to Marshall's pitcher, Nester. She pitched a lot of innings and was outstanding. I thought she would wear down today in the heat but responded well and held us to a single run.
Are we hosting a regional guys? I think we will be hosting. Hopefully not a 15th or 16th seed.

You must not have watched the same game I did. They could have played 10 more innings and Marshall would not have scored. In order to be a regional team, you have to at least score a run. Most of their at-bats were some of the most inept I've seen in a very long time. The did not square up one ball and struck out 12 times.Quote:
