I agree they are supposed, but where is the proof of whether they did or didnt. Will it be a violation if they dont? Or if someone pays the tax for them. By the time IRS catches up with them will be long gone, and ncaa wont be able to keep up. NCAA cant even track practice time limits or audit walkon accounts.(most violations seem to be “self reported”)
Re: THEO A ( an OLE MISS MISS )
The NIL should never flow thru the university or any related foundations.

I can't imagine Peanut Tillman or Brian Mitchell or Jonathon Lucroy or Eric Mouton saying such a thing.
Just my opinion.
That wasn't the point I was trying to make.
Re: THEO A ( an OLE MISS MISS )
Bottom line every time I have talked to BB or MAT I never got the impression that either of those felt they were above UL or any programs. I have always felt the passion and conviction in their voice while speaking of the Cajuns.
Re: THEO A ( an OLE MISS MISS )
It really boggles my mind to see the vitriol a handful of guys have for Brad. Dude played and has represented the University well. I don't get it.

I don't get it either, not even close.

He may not have the resume yet- but I honestly think BBOYD would kill it as our head coach if given the opportunity
