As far as App is concerned, baseball isn't a player there. They've never done radio and only do the minimum for TV. Their priorities are football, football, football and men's basketball (and women for title ix purposes.)
Not every fan base is like ours.
If you don't want to listen to the games, we'll see you next week at Russo Park.

May be a bit easier for fans to “get over it” if you would not have made excuses about conflicts with softball and high costs.

Need to add Wrestling...
Re: Thank You Georgia State
I remember the days when technology lacked and there was no fiber to the curb but Louisiana was still able to broadcast the installation of SwampTurf at Cajun Field. 24/7

Yep. That’s exactly what I told their AD in an email. With his attitude toward other sports and being happy with getting by with doing the minimum, it’s very obvious why his entire department is a one trick pony.
With all do respect Mr Walker I find it to be hypocritical, when the person who will now gain a captive audience, with no other options, because of Apps lack of interest in baseball, telling me to get over it. IMO that sounds a little self serving. I have spent many weekends over the years with just my radio and cold beers listening to ball games pre internet and pre streaming. Yes. I have gotten spoiled to video streaming and in this day and age I for one, quite frankly, believe we should never have to do without some sort of live video feed.
Pretty sure when I looked earlier in the season Troy, ark st and tx st streamed all sun belt series. I didn’t look at any of the teams that traveled here schedules because it didn’t matter to me. Some of them may have streamed all Belt series also.

My point about getting over it was based on the fact home games will all be streamed. Had nothing to do with App State's decision.
I have absolutely no problem with streaming. But every damn week someone starts a new thread about it. And, the reason I have no problem with streaming is many choose to sync the broadcast with radio, which I appreciate.

OK, blame me. Good.
The reality is, softball and budget were two of the reasons why it wasn't done. So no one lied to you.
The good news for you is, UL heard your voice and you'll get the rest of them. And, I THINK you will get all of them next year.

What if we all would have accepted your excuse about conflicts with softball games and costs instead of continuing to push the administration? I doubt the result of all remaining games being streamed would be the same.

Yes. And I was not talking about Cajun home games. If you read up you will actually see where I was first to comment about some games that weren’t scheduled to be streamed now are. One thing I’ve said about Doc Mag in the past is he listens to his fans and reacts.Very well done. Hopefully with the holidays behind us I won’t need to stream any more home games this year.
Looks like it’s old school this weekend. I’ve done hundreds of games with just radio in my lifetime. Baseball is the easiest sport to listen to on the radio. I guess I’ll have to get used it again. Nothing less than a sweep is expected from you this weekend.

Now, if we can start a new thread about the poor quality baseball concession we might get that fixed too.

Jay, is there any reason ESPN+ broadcasts just don't utilize radio guys' mics? I prefer to listen to the radio with the video broadcasts, but was wondering since it seemed like Arkansas State's stream was just using their radio guy.
Re: Thank You Georgia State
Syncing tv and radio is easy. I highly recommend.
