Yep even if it all went perfectly that was most likely the case.

Now he's saying that 70% of the money was raised, but the project is costing more. SF didn't lie.

Denied 2018, but doesn't know when it was going to be finished.

If Jay is wrong about there not being any issues with the project, which I am starting to believe he is, then he is no friend of Robe's.
