Is the Tananka stout their own beer? I tried their amber and their stout and both were pretty good.
Parishś Reve stout uses coffee from Reve downtown. So double local!

None the less, it is a very hot commodity
As BR and NOLA folks that like IPAs try Ghost... they all like it. It's a hot commodity because it's very good. Even though Parish is very special as a local microbrew, I think it's great that Parish is getting a solid distribution going in Louisiana.

Have to say the Oolong Sea Bass is pretty tasty after the chicken lettuce wrap appetizer.

I like the Cajun Wit...kinda reminds me of Blue Moon. Can't wait for their Bayou Brunette and the yet to be named Red Ale!

New Local brewery called the Broken Wheel Brewery in Marksville. Give them a try if you are ever in town. I like the Spring Bayou Blonde and their seasonal LA Vielle wheat beer. They will be in Lafayette at the Gulf Brew Festival on July 23rd.
