Honestly I think the defense played good. They only gave up 17 points and stepped up when they needed to. DL struggle in the run game but made up for it in the pass rush. It was about how I expected they would play.

Offense…no comment… it was a terrible 2 1/2 quarters but credit to them for pulling the hot boudin out their rear end

Was disappointed with attendance. But man, I gotta say, the crowd was really loud and into the game. Students continue to show up. It was beautiful football weather. It was ugly, but a win is a win.

Preach brother.

This team is good but not great. It would be great if we had a passing game, which we don't have. The others have to make up the difference to win the game. A little defense and a little running is what it took for this game. Many others, it would not be enough. We keep playing bad teams, and think it's ok to win at the last minute. We really don't deserve top 25. We are luck in may ways, some not so much.

Go watch gast game at Auburn and tell me they are average. We didn't play well, but that was no slouch team we played. Took us to OT last year, remember?

Is it just me or is our defense greatly improved. They played a great game and delivered a good victory to Cajun Nation.
