Looks like there will be only 2 teams left out. South Fla. probably won't beat WVU so the ones you have listed plus the Pitt/Syracuse winner makes 72. Eastern Michigan has 2 1-AA wins, so their 6 wins is not enough to be eligible.
My guess is that either FIU or Western Kentucky gets left out, and probably either a MAC or WAC school.

I finally checked my CC statement and they are $42 each plus a $5 order charge. I was not very excited about the seats and $20 cheaper per seat made up for it. In the end, I just wanted to get in the door.
