We’ve given up the lead late in all 3 games. And when we have it up, we really have it up. Outside of the starters, this pitching staff is frightening.

So a 1-6 start. Is that the worst of any of Tony’s teams?

I don't know, but this is pretty much the way we ended last season. I need to see some improvements this week because it's getting harder to watch this season already.

I'm a huge baseball fan. I defend it . But I cant in good sane thinking defend what is transpiring with our baseball team .

Robe basically said the hitting will slowly improve but they have to find a bullpen on the back end of games. He says they haven’t been avoiding the 3-run inning and have to get better.

Anyone listing to the post game? Who gave the interview, not Rob I'm sure. What was said. "Our pitching kept us in the ball game. (well almost), We have to do better at the plate........:) :) :)

I think he just admitted that they mismanaged recruiting the bullpen. He basically said they haven't found anyone that can pitch competently from the 7th inning on.
