Is it he allowed to recruit? He's not even a coach?

I'm not in the camp that Robe is cheating. But if he's not just giving lip service to those of you who will believe whatever bull____ comes out of his mouth, then the only other explanation is breaking recruiting rules.

Actually he can. But with coach Domingue in charge of academics and Babb in charge of player development, only one can be on campus at the same time recruiting students
