Re: UL Football Commitment
Reminds me a lot of Sean Santos from Holy Cross....hopefully he'll have a much better college career.

I realize that some of you have seen him live and have seen more than the few minutes of video, but that is the only weakness that I saw on video, the other thing is and this is nitpicking is that he seemed to throw off his back foot a few too many times. That will get you in trouble in D-1 football.

And don't be surprised to see this kid pick up other offers from staff's that think they can sway him from his UL Commitment.
I think, in regards to this entire staff, I'm most excited about getting Juluke here to see what kind of recruiting in roads he can make in the NOLA area. We all know he is known to be a solid recruiter there and we also know we've not done particularly well there.

Leonard was a bigger kid, but I get what you are saying. I don't want to put Fields in the Hall of Fame yet before playing a down at UL, but he is the best looking pure QB prospect to commit to this program in a while. I'm excited with his early, I think it is a sign of what kind of class Napier and his staff can put together this year.

Its also exciting to see what Napier can do with a Pro style QB he turned Garrett Grayson into a baller

You mean there is another way to throw the football? lol
He looks pretty good, but it is absolutely GREAT that we are getting a quality recruit out of New Orleans area. This guy is listed as a top La. QB, top 30 overall. You know he is bound to have P5's coming after him this season. Can he stay committed..... I like that he shows leadership, 1st commit, and in his comments about wanting to get started and helping out with other recruits. A good start to our recruiting.

I recall more than a few jump balls in that video!

I've heard outside of an SEC or Big 12 offer, he is set on UL. I don't know how accurate that is, but I'm not concerned about a Houston or comparable program coming in on him.
