I usually lean that way as well. I think most coaches list guys as questionable just in case there is a big difference between Wednesday and gameday. I would think that about 80-90% of the time that does not occur, and the player usually does not play. Now if something happens and they are good to go by Friday, then that is where we see some changes from questionable to probable.
