So no one knows who Willie and the Duke are? And call themselves baseball fans?

It can't be worse than "eye of the tiger", played last night at the softball game. As well as mardi gras music.
I did not get it.

“ike was the only one winning down in washington”- great song
“no politics”- turbine

I have never heard this song outside the Tigue, but they have played it there for years. If it is suddenly an issue you must not have been at many games at the Tigue in the past. Personally, I enjoy it and I suspect more people like it than dislike it.

With the Ron Guidry/Yankee connection, I have no problem with occasional usage.

Mickey Mantle, Babe Ruth, and Walter P. Chrysler were the first 3 biographies I read in grade school.
Nothing wrong with a good Babe & Mickey song. But if y'all want to put the first ever hydraulic brakes on it I'm OK with that too.

Baseball history, diehard fans know this Turbine. I have no problem with change, it's not pregame before football. I hear enough rap and Metallica at football games.
