1. If I recall, when MAT was doing this, you were posting in support of the coach. Has that changed?

So far it’s 2-3 kids that even played...not sure that qualifies “as all these kids jumping ship” If they didn’t play with an expanded roster they might not even make the 35 next year, I’d consider leaving too without having to sit.

I think your missing the point....Its not just the kids leaving that dont like MD or JT, its the majority of the players. Every day players as well as bench sitters. The problem is the "Team" as a whole is not believing in the HC. I hope Deggs figures this out sooner rather than later.

So the whole team hates Deggs and Talbot and don’t believe in them
but are staying anyway even with the no sit out rule? Sounds fishy to me

The overall sentiment of the team is what i just said. Spin it as you wish. Either way that's 40% of your team leaving..Not sure how much you know about baseball or college athletics but if 40% of your workforce left your company its time to look in the mirror.

I’m not spinning anything, I saw the list and nothing about that says the whole team hates Deggs. We had more new faces than that brought in fir this year and nobody said ___, they applauded it actually. 2 guys from the entire list were steady contributors. 2....9 of these guys would have transferred last December bc they wouldn’t have made the team without an expanded roster

My information is not rumor, hearsay or opinion. Straight from several of the players to me.

So why aren’t they leaving? Deggs will get at least 4 years here probably 5, so they are just going to stay here, be miserable and lose games for 2 guys they hate? Not sure what kids would put all the work in for guys you hate and you don’t believe in so you will lose. I’m not saying there aren’t any kids who feel that way bc there are on every team...but the entire team? And only 2 are leaving?

If he doesn't, then it's on him. Change is difficult and every player that signed with this staff spoke with Deggs along with the parents. To me it hasn't reached the status of Hudspeth. Deggs has just completed his first full season and in my opinion it's entirely too soon to hit the panic mode. This is the guy that everyone said was the right man at the right time after Robe's death. It's hard for to me to believe that all that has changed in just 1.5 years.
