Des made a mistake. I think a lot of young coaches have similar issues. I have no doubt he will learn from it.
I can’t expect a perfect coach. If I do, I’ll be let down. Im still behind him.

Likely because he’s never left the confines of Cajun field. P5 coordinators have been in this situation. I don’t completely blame Des. His resume is his resume. Lazy hire by Maggard.

For the first time in history, we have a coach leave for a better job and not to go bag groceries. What do we do? Hire someone that no one in the country is interested in. No better way to double down on Napier’s success I guess….
