Re: 2023 NOLA Bowl: Louisiana 31, Jacksonville State 34
Jax got their Brett Baer FG. Little less impressive though.
Started thinking of that moment when we went to OT. Just felt it wasn’t for us this time.
Re: 2023 NOLA Bowl: Louisiana 31, Jacksonville State 34
Give Jax St. credit, they tried hard to giftwrap the win for us. For a bit, seemed like we'd luck out and actually win. All losses are bad losses, but this one like the season, goes down as a stinker. If football drives the bus, we're in trouble because we're going nowhere. Dr. Maggard needs to perform a deep dive evaluation of the football program this offseason. Make a statement exclaiming this season's results are unacceptable, we must compete for championships. Produce or perish.

You have to be kidding. His first ever start. His first ever kicks in college. He hit all of them.
Also this one isn’t vacated.
Advantage JSU Kicker

What kind of personnel changes could he possibly make to improve the team?
Who could he possibly call and ask for help?
Anyone who is a half decent coordinator should have his job, not coach under him.
There is only one way to fix this.

One of the worst takes/bait-attempts I've ever seen on here.

Right: win more games.
CMD will be the coach next year. Today sucked, but I hope that most are rooting for CMD to finally put it altogether next year, instead of actively hoping for his failure just so that they can say they were right all along.

Always have and always will pull for Coach Des. Honestly, we’ve never had a coach I wanted to succeed more than him.
I just wish his Rolodex contained a few numbers he could call up and ask for help. His lack of experience before being thrust into this head coaching job cripples his ability to bring in coordinators that would make his job easier.

Honestly hope he only wins 3 games next year and they put him out to pasture. This has another Bob Marlin situation written all over it

FCS football. Is this what you want Dr Maggard?

Makes it very much more impressive, I agree.
