That is what makes this so bad. We see what his teams can be, yet he lays an egg two big games in a row. Seems that is his ceiling and it is time to come crashing down again.

Here are two putrid decisions today that I put on him. 3rd and 1, go deep and then miss FG. Do not call timeout on the fumble for review and go into half with 3 timeouts. There were many more today.

I thought the players that are playing could throw, catch, block, and tackle better. But they are not and part of the reason is because they aren’t all the best players we had on the team this year.

And you are right, it’s getting to the point, why play bowl games.

I'd say damn near all of us don't even care about a win or loss here. Do I want to win? Absolutely. But just be competitive. Hell, I'd be ok with 34-10 at this point. Something.
