.....So I am choosing an AD and Tony Robe gets the same weight of vote as a student......the question compares the knowledge and experience as compared to say zip knowledge or maybe no clue.....and Was wondering if it was based on a vote each by all committee members....... Does anybody know???

.......Well....yes it was a poor choice in using gender rather than importance on the totem pole.....but again it is the significance of the sport that seems to be not given proper representation and the intention of my post.....just wondering the boards thoughts on this!!! Also was it based on individual vote???
