Also, am I right in assuming we want Arkansas out of the SEC Tournament as soon as possible?
We want Arkansas to beat Missouri today, then lose tomorrow.

Meh..I give up on this. Win the tournament and control what you can control. The committee will do what the committee will do.

Stanford is .0077 ahead of the Cajuns. Certainly in striking distance if the Cajuns win out (preferably beating Texas State in the finals) and Stanford stumbles.

There you go. There is way too much going on all over the place to kinda try and keep up. Also, not sure why anyone from Louisiana would want to with the comprehensive understanding and timely reporting we get from Brian.
Re: SB SBC Tourney G1 Final: Louisiana 8, JMU 0
At the moment, the Cajuns are at #9 ... jumping both UCLA and Oklahoma State. But that could easily change before the day is over due to a number of variables. Currently we have ...
#5 Stanford .6692
#6 Tennessee .6677
#7 Georgia .66570
#8 Missouri .6627
#9 Louisiana .6615
#10 Oklahoma State .6601
#11 UCLA .6596
#12 Florida .6575
#13 Florida State .6498
So, #5 Stanford is within reach. The Cajuns are closer to #5 than they are to #13 (.0077 vs. .0117).
I am so glad the RPI bonuses for Top RPI conference wins was eliminated from the formula after 2012.

It's amazing what kind of turnaround we saw from this team from March sitting with a 9-12 record. And now, we are talking about hosting a regional for the first time in almost a decade.

I just want to say, I am so thankful Brian has the "brain power" to recognize and extrapolate the formulas necessary to present the RPI. I am so in AWE. Thank you, Brian.

You are quite welcome. Though, this is not hard stuff. Anyone can do it ... the math/algorithm is nothing. My day job? Yes, that is hard at times. Not this.

San Marcos had a bad storm roll through last night. Looks like the baseball field had some damage. Not sure about softball.
