If you are Julien or Charles, what do you write in the Cons column of leaving to UL to play for McNeese? Other than being in the armpit of Louisiana, there is zero reason to say our basketball program is currently better than theirs..

Better attendance.. better coach.. better roster. Better visibility.. Better OOC schedule.. and the Southland conference, to most people, doesn't look all that different from the Sunbelt conference in MBB

If I had a big bank account I wouldn’t spend a dollar of it on a marlin run program. I was in the dome consistently for 20 years, haven’t been in 3 years. Marlins reign should be over. It’s so obvious, it’s pathetic. No fans, no money, and no decent talent. When there is any talent it hits the road.
