No sir. Had a late project at work last night. However, I am getting ready to cook potato bread, meat pie.:). Almond flour, of course. My wife and I still get food. Yummy. My first attempt.

No weather around norfolk, still delays game by an hour.

Kickoff set for 5:55 CST

Nice. We do pretty well in weather delayed games.

How can Coach Dez allow this to happen our first two games out the gate? He’s completely unprepared and over his head.

Just put this in the smoker. Weather delay screws up my plans for slicing and serving at halftime.

Pull it off and wrap in butcher paper. I usually spread some wagyu beef tallow on the butcher paper.

Raise the grill temp to 250 and let it smoke until the internal temperature reaches around 200.

Its a cut of beef really popular on the west coast. Not sure where to find them here in Lafayette. My father gave me two last year he said he did not like them. I smoked them they were very good.

Saw one at Costco, but I have never tried one. Guess I will have to give it a try.

Next time I am in Costco I will try to find them. If you do smoke one do not smoke it to 200 internal temp I smoked them to 135-140 internal temp.
