I don't mind using him as a position coach or analyst but we were average at best when he was passing game coordinator and OC in 2016, our offense was horrible. It was amongst the worst passing attacks we've had over the years and overall the offense wasn't very good. Our passing attack blew up in 2011 after he served as passing game coordinator for 3 years prior. Same players for most part. I think if Jorge was that good of an offensive coordinator he'd be more than an analyst right now. I don't mean to speak poorly of him and I know some of our staffers have an excellent relationship with him but I'd like to think our program has progressed and moved beyond guys we employed for a long time in the past.Quote:
