Re: Louisiana vs ULM: History just doesn't seem to apply this year
I don't know if history "applied" was hired, or even existed before yesterday.
I do know a new batch of history was made yesterday.
Re: #23 Louisiana Cruises Past ULM, 70-20

Turned out much better than most of my predictions. I thought 63 was being generous, lol. We could seriously have put up 100 against them if we wanted to, but when I told my wife the final score, she asked why we ran the score up!

My wife asked me the same thing.
I said, "they didn't run up the score, they passed too."
ps good pick

Heck, I thought it would be closer because of their so called "hate week". Boy I was glad to be wrong.
Re: Louisiana vs ULM: History just doesn't seem to apply this year
If UL-Monroe's play could only match their trash talking, they'd be OK.

:) I remember one play one of their players (# 10 I believe) made a tackle and you oud see the trash coming out of his mouth like an old Batman tv series; BAM ... POW
For making a tackle.
Re: Louisiana vs ULM: History just doesn't seem to apply this year
I had to run an errand at one point so I pulled up 1420 and the commentators were talking about one player that was constantly trash talking

And if I'm not mistaken, they were down by 30 or so.

That guy was starting ____ all day and the refs jus ignored it all. Hell, one guy even threw a couple of punches (#74 I think) and no flag.
Re: Louisiana vs ULM: History just doesn't seem to apply this year
If it were #74 then that would be Evan Henry, a 6'3, 330 lb Redshirt Freshman from Desoto, TX. He was a 3 star athlete out of HS with offers from ULM, NMSU, Colorado State, Colorado, Texas State and Air Force. Dude sure picked a _____ty school to attend. Well if it were him, then ULM and Mr. Henry deserve each other.

No. 10 stole a towel from one of the Cajuns and then acted like he had accomplished something significant. I know ULM is short of cash but did not realize they could not afford towels.

74 was throwing haymakers after one of their extra points. Not even a flag.
10 was in the middle of every single skirmish all day long. He was a real piece of sheit

He stole it for the team so they could collectively "throw it in."
