It's funny. Everything that Doc A did while here, and everything Doc S has done while here in regards to athletics was to, above all else, make sure we don't pay players. Now, that very thing is the accepted norm.
So, we are sitting here with a funding model, UL controlled RCAF, that is as outdated as the horse and buggy.
How about we join the present day?

That's true. But that's why collectives are popping up. So that they can organize outside of the rules and have the funds on hand before recruits sign LOI.

Your right, we couldn’t fill the McCarthey Center with our average attendance…in 35 of the last 37 years since we moved to the dome (85-86 and 93-94). 29 years and counting.

Man, if Martin Hall would have just followed the Alden Report and had an independent RCAF, we MIGHT have been ahead of the curve.
