Notice what Coach said about swinging at bad pitches. The clubs that make it to OK city have more than 2 Good pitchers. Name one of the remaining pitchers other than Summer and Kandra that can start and win a game.

Three good pitchers will not get a team to the world series. They will get slammed trying to make it there. The team with two elite pitchers will. There are only a few teams with two elite pitchers. Most of the teams in the top 20 have one elite pitcher and a couple of good ones. There is no team with three elite pitchers.

Well, they were right, to an extent. Neither pitcher was performing to her capability. But since the loss to UTA, they've been nails.

And, with the losses of O'Neal and Roman (and Rawls is playing, but injured), they'll have to continue to be very good.
