I don’t think the COMMITTEE is meeting preseason. Preseason, all we have are polls. If the polls say you are 8, it’s a damn good start for being 8 when it comes COMMITTEE time. Take the pre-season qualification and go prove to the COMMITTEE that the polls were right. About all you can ask for.

That is why Coach Glasco made the out of conference schedule that he did. I was fortunate to speak with him during a fall ball game and he was very candid with his thought that the Cajuns could not get the RPI needed to host a regional or super from their Sunbelt schedule. He said he got on the phone and asked for games knowing that he would have to travel to get them. I liked his attitude of playing tougher competition anywhere and anytime in order to better the program and I can see why girls want to play for him.

Glasco has heart of a winner. He is not afraid to get involved and get his hands dirty. Wonderful to see and hear

Kudos to Glasco for doing all he can with the schedule. Don't forget which conference controls the NCAA and the committee.

I have often thought that committees seemed to be influenced by preseason and in-season hype.

Hopefully this year it works in Louisiana's favor.

As they are in charge of the post season, I believe these are the only two other seasons.

You are the one who said 8 is too low. I'm saying if we wind up eighth (and obviously since I'm not stupid I'm talking about the COMMITTEE) we host a super and I'll take it.
