Campus organization? You mean the university? Freshman students are not allowed at the first home game student tailgate…that would have included you buddy.

There is no other way to cultivate hardcore fans. You don’t just decide to become a die hard of this university with no ties to it.

The freshmen are the least of their concerns if the heat continues. The freshman are just the easiest demographic to police. This could have still been handled to protect the freshmen without the Darth Vader approach. It’s how you word the message.
I wonder what the over under number would be on people passing out from the heat will be?

We would have found a way...
Re: Martin Hall at it again.
It’s important for the university, including the athletics, to encourage freshman student tailgating. This will create a first impression and get them to return to games.
Do they have an alternative plan for freshman? You could have a separate tent for the freshman without alcohol or a pre party in the convention center. What does the Director of Fan Engagement think about this? Can they work together for a solution?

My take from this is if BP’s son is correct are close to correct on the percentages where are the non Greeks do they hate parties, football and fun? How do you get more general students out. Greek organizations are a very small part of the entire student population. Looks like you lose them you are screwed.
Thanks for the clarification. How are they going to know if someone is a freshman or not. Is there a UP person at the entrance of the tailgate area checking school IDs?

That just sounds like complicating things more than they need to, rather than just letting all the students tailgate together.

They will either not have enough water or the credit card machine will not work fast enough or lack of staff.
Re: Martin Hall at it again.
I agree it’s more complicated and exclusive than it needs to be.
