God, some of you people....

Just last week, Colorado State put up 23 points, 391 yards, 22 first downs and only lost by 18 against the mighty Crimson Tide.
Look, if y'all want to go back to the Southland, come out of the closet and say so.

Look at the bright side. This and the MSU game pays the buyout.

I think the question is do we still need high paid P5 road games to Top 10 programs every year, or is a more balanced approach reasonable if it's not for economics? I'm okay playing two P5 programs a year, just not an Oklahoma and Alabama in the same season. Why not an Alabama and Syracuse? Or a Florida and Indiana or Illinois? We've played Arizona and Kansas State to name a few. If you are playing two top ranked P5 programs a year, is it really about challenging your program or money?

Bama qualifies as a school I would stay away from for the time being, but I am certainly not gonna wet the bed over it.
TAMU, Ole Miss, and Starkville do not qualify for that list.
Basically, look at a composite top 10 list of the last 5 years or so. if possible, I would seek P5 programs to schedule not on that list.
I'm guessing that the Bama game was put on the schedule to get the big payday to cover for the loss of a payday due to playing Starkville in Nola later. If so, I'm fine with that.
Re: UL FOOTBALL 2018 SCHEDULE
well the P5 against Miss St is part of the deal with them playing in the dome the year after. everyone wants two for 1's to get a good home game (i know the dome isnt home) at some point, you have to go to their place to play the two games, thus resulting in two road games against a P5, bc you arent getting the guarantee check.

We did 2 for 1 for a game in NOLA? Good job, Scott Farmer. You got paid too much.
is it two for one, or one for one, with ours being in NOLA?
